Why do you require ChartVPS servers?

1. Performance: We tested a lot of different providers while looking for a VPS server vendor and ChartVPS had the best performance of all of them. And it's not just latency, but also OS responsiveness. There were numerous performance metrics we looked at and ChartVPS was the best.

2. Willingness to work with QV: ChartVPS has built us a server image that we can use to deploy customer setups as quickly as possible, and works with us consistently behind the scenes to help deliver the best end experience for our user.

3. Customer support: ChartVPS has repeatedly shown they have some of the best customer support of any company, ever.

4. Pricing breaks: They've given our customers 5% off on all servers, as well as multiple server discounts.

5. Networking limitations: Running the ATS requires a dedicated IP, and virtually all residential lines do not have one. Furthermore, residential lines don't have an uptime SLA.

6. Power/Hardware failure: When talking about trading we need the best reliability we can get, and data centers have multiple power failovers and generators. They also conduct routine maintenance on their hardware to reduce failure rates.

7. Windows kernel: We need to run this in Windows Server 2022 as the software uses certain aspects of it that aren't available in Windows Home or Pro.
